I originally bought this apartment because it is so convenient for everything. I can walk to the shops if I ever need anything, or even down to the seafront which is great for the beach, harbour and different trendy bars and restaurants. When I have wanted to venture a little further out of town ie. to London for work or pleasure, Ramsgate train station is only a 15 minute walk away, and with the fast links to here from London to St. Pancras getting to the capital could not be easier.
I have done some work to this property after the last year, so hopefully it is ideal for someone to move straight in and enjoy it as much as I have over the years.
