My dad brought this property and shortly after moving in it, he put in a spiral staircase to access the ground floor garaging without having to venture out.
He then also decided to adapt two of the garages to provide some additional living area and he really enjoyed living here for many years.

It is a quiet spot, tucked away in a cul-de-sac and yet is convenient to get to Emsworth or Westbourne.

The southerly aspect means that the whole property is warm and sunny. The rear garden was a real plus as it gives some outside space.
