It is a great property for such a wide range of buyers.
Even though it is quirky and different, this can only be a good thing. The bedroom is not the size you would expect in a one bedroom flat either so that is a massive bonus along with a built in wardrobe.
Over the years I have made an effort to keep the decor to a good standard which is handy, especially if you don't enjoy DIY. The property has been rented out in the last few years and I can safely say to any investor it always has a good return.
