Over 23 years we improved and maintained this property enjoying it as an attractive spacious family home. We certainly appreciated the close proximity to the town, railway station and good local schools. In Gravesend a period property with a garage and off road parking was a further advantage. We loved our secluded walled garden and enjoyed many barbeques with family and friends in this `outside room` that required minimal maintenance.

Over the past 6 years we have rented the property to professionals who have also enjoyed the property and maintained it to a reasonable standard. With some sadness we have given our current tenants notice and appreciate their understanding that this is due to our impending retirement.
