UTILITY ROOM The shared utility room houses washing machine, tumble drier and storage. The owners pets are often kept in here and the successful applicant MUST like dogs & cats.
OUTSIDE There are extensive gardens surrounding the property up to approx. 2.5 acres. The owner keeps some chickens and the successful applicant would be asked to feed the chickens on occasions.
Parking is off-road. The property is accessed via a long single track lane through a tunnel under the nearby railway line.
