I bought this property about 7 years ago as my first step onto the property ladder. The location is great, everyone knows Lansdowne Road is a quiet, sought after place to live. Being on the ground floor means you don't have to worry about carrying shopping up flights of stairs. The garage is particularly useful for keeping the car safe or for extra storage. I have made many improvements to the flat which hopefully the next owners will like. Living here brings everything you could wish for close by, train stations, bus stops, seafront and the town centre are all just a short walk away. It's a great flat in an equally great position!
