My mother has been happy for many years living here and thoroughly enjoyed the company of the other residents. There is a lovely communal area where anyone moving in can enjoy the community spirit.
The Lawns is set in quiet grounds, but there is a bus service into Brentwood from nearby Woodman Road. It is only a short walk to King George's Playing Fields which Mum enjoyed walking round.
Mum particularly enjoyed the location of her flat, where she could see the flowers on her patio and watch people walking past. The community alarm system was so useful when Mum needed it.
