As soon as we saw the flat we realised it was unique - more a bungalow than anything else with no one above and only one flat next door. We were blown away by the 'Art Nouveau' foyer and the fact that the flat has its own sub entrance shared with the other flat next door.
It didn't end there because we did not expect the flat to be so spacious and have wonderful direct sea views from the kitchen and lounge. Crossing the road we found the glorious sandy beach of Palm Bay with it's cafes and water sports and made this a must have seaside home.
