Some years back it took me a little while to find the right apartment to downsize to as I really wanted a garden. I came across this and, as the communal gardens are stunning and with the added bonus of a balcony, I had to have it. Things have now changed and it's time to sell so I hope the new lucky owner can really make this into the apartment of their dreams.
