I have been very happy here and remember the day 20 years ago when I walked through the door and instantly knew this would be a home that I would happily live in.

I have improved the warmth by adding double glazed windows approximately 2 years ago. However, I don't have the money to improve the flat further which is why someone who doesn't mind putting in a new kitchen, bathroom and redecorate will find this a perfect home.

Having my own garden and garage is a real bonus. I will be sorry to leave but it is time for me to move on.
