I was a first time buyer looking to get on the ladder, so when this popped up it was too good to turn down.

I had viewed several properties at the time and even though I viewed a cheaper place which would have also been bigger, this had all I wanted and more. The block itself stood out of me on the road, because of the incredible curb appeal in comparison to so many of the other blocks in the surrounding areas.
