We bought this apartment as it was the largest we had seen, it was ground floor with a garden and parking, so it ticked all our boxes. It was also very convenient to the trains, road links and local shops.

Although it needed lots of work we could see the potential it had to offer and now that we have completed the project we think its great and hope the next owner agrees. We love to have breakfast in the under cover port of the garden and having nice cars its great that we feel they are safe.

On our days off we will often walk to the Bosham Quay but feel fortunate that we have local shops on our doorstep.
We want to move to something a little larger but don't want to move far away.
