I bought this property as a first time buyer just over two years ago. I have always loved Banstead as an area because it is so central to everywhere. By car in under ten minutes I can be in Epsom, Sutton or jump onto the A217 for quick access the M25 or London.
I struggled to find anywhere within my price bracket but then this property came to the market. It had an off-road allocated parking space, a long lease, was within walking distance of the Village and the icing on the cake for me was that it was on the ground floor.
