*** THE ROOMS ***
There are seven en-suite rooms coming available that will have that 'brand new' feeling. The rooms have a double bed with a new comfortable mattress that you can just fall into! There is also a wardrobe, large chest of draws and a desk. Each room has a brand new en-suite bathroom - excellent professional living. All rooms have a strong WIFI connection to stream music and videos at ease.
*** THE HOUSE ***
The house has a huge kitchen, complete with a large cooker, two fridge/freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster. The large living room has sofas, HD TV with Sky - perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work! The whole house has fast wireless broadband where you can stream videos easily from any of the rooms. Bills are all inclusive in the price so you won't be hit with any surprises. This also includes a cleaner and a gardener to ensure the house is always kept to a high standard.
There is also large green garden which is great for the long summer evenings while the sun is shining - especially for BBQs and drinks.
*** THE FLATMATES***
As this is a new house, we are looking for seven great tenants that are easy to get along with and want to make a house a home. The tenants must be professionals, tidy and courteous to others.

The house sits just around the corner from numerous convenient stores (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacies etc) and restaurants on Hagley Road. The location allows excellent bus connections to the city centre (e. g. Broad Street bars, New Street station, Bullring shopping centre). Buses on the main street leave every 5 minutes making it a simple to go shopping or to see friends in the centre of town. Furthermore, there are also large bistro pubs on your doorstep - great for meals and drinks with friends.
