*** THE HOUSE ***
The house has a kitchen, complete with a cooker, two fridge/freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster. The large living room has sofas, HD TV with Sky - perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work! The whole house has fast wireless broadband where you can stream videos easily from any of the rooms. Bills are all inclusive in the price so you won't be hit with any surprises. This also includes a cleaner but the current tenants are a very clean and friendly bunch, you'll love it here.

There is also patio garden which is great for the long summer evenings while the sun is shining - especially for BBQs and drinks.

*** THE FLATMATE***
Minimum stay is 3 months, so the new flatmates must see this house as a home to live in, not just a place to sleep. The current tenants are a lovely bunch that we know you'll get on with. We're looking for sociable and friendly flatmates who are easy to get along with. Current tenants are friendly professionals that are great to live with.

The house is approx 5-10 minutes walk to all the restaurants and retail stores on Hagley Road. The newly opened Morrisons superstore at Five ways is in easy walking distance. The bus stops of lines 11A/C, 80, 81, 82, 87, 89 allows excellent connections to the city centre (e. g. Broad Street bars, New Street station, Bullring shopping centre). Buses on the main street leave every 5 minutes making it a simple to go shopping or to see friends in the centre of town. Furthermore, the Harborne Walkway is nearby if you wish to take pleasant weekend stroll/jog.
