Producing a balance of monies statement and the processing of your payment.
Registering and processing your deposit payment into a government deposit scheme.
Checking you in to your new property.

Additional Fees:
£120 Amending or adding a permitted occupier to the tenancy agreement.
£120 Amending or adding a pet clause to the tenancy agreement.

Security Deposit:
No Pets - Equal to one and a half months’ rent.
With a Pet - Equal to two times the rent.

Tenancy Renewal Fee:
