We charge a referencing fee of £100 for a single applicant, £150 for two applicants and £50 for any subsequent applicants which is payable upon submission of a completed application form. We also require a reservation fee of £100 which holds the property whilst the application is being processed, the reservation fee will be deducted from the monies payable on move in.

If a guarantor is required to support an application, there is no charge for referencing the first guarantor but any additional guarantor application will incur a charge of £50.

Prior to moving into the property, one month's rent is payable in advance together with the deposit. If there is a pet, then an additional amount may be payable to the deposit and you will be advised of this prior to your application being processed.
