OWNERS COMMENTS Being newly built was a major factor in our decision to go for the coach house, as the 10 year NHBC and 5 year Barratt's warranty gave us peace of mind! The integral appliances in the kitchen are very handy, and suits the modern way of living. Being in the location we are we also felt it would be a great holiday home, a perfect 'lock up and leave'. The communal gardens provide a pleasant outlook and having a parking space is also important.
