Having lived in the flat for a number of years now I can honestly say what an amazing place it is. The location is absolute bliss, with fantastic shops and transport links extremely close by.
I have really enjoyed the balcony - stepping out into the fresh air on a hot summers evening - often to relax with a book and glass of wine in hand!
It will be really sad to leave but know I am handing over a fantastic property to the new owners.
