The location was perfect, too - a quiet, tree-lined avenue just a 15 minute stroll from Sutton town centre and Sutton station - very convenient for shopping and commuting to work!
Now I am looking to moving up North to be closer to my family in a more rural location. I hope the next owners enjoys this space as much as I have.
