I purchased this property with the sole intention of renting it out and had been looking at many properties of this type. What really appealed to me about this one was how spacious it felt and the size of the garden. I have never had a problem finding a tenant and it has served me very well. It will be a shame to let it go but I am looking into other ventures and would like to free up some capital.
