This apartment was something I purchased many years ago to live in myself. I absolutely loved the location and fell in love with the fabulous green fields around Shirley Oaks Village itself. It was just so different from everything else I had seen in Croydon and Shirley. I loved the development and the flat so much I kept this property as an investment when I moved to a larger home in the same area.
It is perfectly positioned for natural light, the space it offers was more than enough for me and one other. There is always a friendly face to say hello to if you pop to the shop and better still its peaceful, beautiful and there is plenty of parking.
