I have enjoyed the smart modern living this flat and the surrounding areas has offered me.

The location is great with its proximity to Redhill and Merstham train stations which has made an easy commute into London, or for a day out down to the coast. I have enjoyed the lovely walks in the area around the Water Colour lagoons and the countryside nearby, as well as the tasty meals in the local country pubs.

This was the perfect property to get on the property ladder, but it is now time to move on to a bigger place.
