Property description
The words 'compact and bi-jeu' may conjure up memories of an old TV advert screened back in the late 1980’s that starred Mr Stephen Fry about a well-known Building Society. And whilst this apartment in question certainly has a lot more to offer than the property featured in the advert , these words come to mind when trying to describe this third floor studio apartment.
The security entrance gives access to the communal hallway where the lift can take you up to the second floor and then stairs up to the third floor. The property is therefore safe and secure making it the ideal lock up and leave, so it’s perfect for those buyers who spend a lot of their time maybe out of the country and just need a crash pad in Horsham.
The open plan kitchenette was refitted a few years ago and is well equipped with integrated fridge, oven and halogen hob. There is still leaving ample space for your wardrobe, bed and favourite armchair in front of the TV.
The age restriction at Tulip Court is at 55 years, so buyers may well have another 10 years to work before retirement, so the proximity to Horsham train station and the Northern bypass could well mean an easy commute in the mornings.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
Dad moved into Tulip Court about 10 years ago, returning to Horsham after spending a number of years up in Surrey. He loved the fact that Horsham was such a pretty town with so much to offer and yet still just an hour from London.
He was an active man and although he had a car he would try to walk everywhere he could. Town was just 10 minutes away, the Horsham’s train station even nearer, whilst Horsham Park was perfect for a leisurely stroll.
