Property description

Older buyers looking towards their retirement years would be well advised to consider the benefits of living at Homestream House. Located at the bottom of the Worthing Road off Mill Bay Lane you are very centrally positioned with Horsham town centre and everything it has to offer literally on your doorstep, shops, restaurants, the bus station and the local library all just a short walk away, so very convenient for you.

You also have a beautiful outlook over the tree tops from your apartment and easy access to the picturesque Denne Hill beyond, perfect for a leisurely stroll on warm sunny afternoons.

This apartment can be found on the second floor, with access via the lift. The entrance hall gives access to the good size double bedroom, shower room and lounge/dining area where you have space for your sofa, arm chair and dining table.

The adjoining kitchen area shares the fantastic views and is in a functional but tired condition that buyers may wish to modernise. We have naturally allowed for this within our pricing strategy.

So if a quiet, peaceful and easy retirement is what you have in mind please give us a call to arrange your viewing.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

Dad used to love the outlook, he would often sit in his favourite arm chair looking out of the window over the tree tops, it’s hard to believe that you are in the middle of the town when you have such a lovely green and leafy view. I’m sure it’s one of reasons why Dad had been so happy here for over 16 years!

There was always plenty of social events for Dad to take part in, cards, bingo, fish and chip night and organised days out where he could meet up with friends and catch up on all the local news. There is a pull cord emergency system and on site manager so the family always had the peace of mind that he would be well looked after.
