Our first home needed to tick so many boxes, we wanted security, space and somewhere to relax after a long day. When we first viewed the property we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Whilst it is located on the outskirts of town it felt like our very own part of the countryside. We knew that we would outgrow the property quickly with a young family but the property had so many plus points we couldn't turn it away. The only downside for us was that the lease was on the low side, however we have decided to gift a brand new lease to the new owner so that they can enjoy the property without having to dig deep to increase. The lease will be extended on the day of completion.
