I have lived in this flat for the past 9 years and have been extremely happy. I even met my husband here as he used to live in the flat below mine!

I was attracted to the flat by it's fantastic location and immediate access to the countryside. It offers the best of both worlds with local shops and pubs nearby, in contrast to the beautiful South Downs only a few minutes walk away. I regularly walk into town and can easily access major road networks and rail links too.

The flat has a lovely outdoor space to relax in and a friendly neighbourhood atmosphere. I will miss living here and I hope the next owners will enjoy the flat as much as I have.
