I first started out living in the flat myself and as I didn’t have a car then it was ideal for me as it’s so convenient to get to anywhere in town. When my situation changed I rented the flat out and have never had trouble finding any tenants.
I have always found it to be a spacious and modern flat and I have further improved it by changing the kitchen cupboard doors and replacing the oven. I also had new vinyl flooring laid in the kitchen and I have literally just replaced the bathroom – in fact it is unused! I have also recently redecorated and had new carpets laid in January 2016.
