Hamlet Homes are delighted to offer a very welcoming shared house located on Brewer Road, Maidstone.
The house is modern and finished to a high standard with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher.
There is a decked garden that's often used for BBQs during the summer and a large communal area (lounge, dining room, kitchen etc.). The house is a 5 minute walk from Maidstone East station but set on a quiet road. A parking permit is available if needed.
The ideal house mate would be a young professional (working the '9-5') that is cat friendly and easy to get on with. The contract is usually for a minimum of six months, although we would consider other options.
Gas, electric and water are not included in the rent, and are split equally between all housemates. However the rent does includes council tax, broadband internet and virgin media. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. We need one months rent as a deposit.
