We have really enjoyed living here for the past 2 years and we are only moving in anticipation of our first child. With street-side parking, there are very good road links both in and out of London with it only being a 35 minute drive from Stansted Airport. Cycling to work has been a big benefit too, with a typical journey time of 30 minutes into central London. The flat itself has lots of period character with the fireplace in the lounge and cottage-like windows in the bedroom. We’ve enjoyed using the south-facing private rear-garden for BBQ's in the summer and generally have really appreciated having our own outdoor space. In the past year we have also renovated the bathroom
