I know it sounds a little strange but I really loved the fact that we had our own front door, with no cold communal hallways to pass through it feels like home the minute we walk through the door. The layout was also really important, we didn’t want to walk straight into the lounge, so having the hallway was perfect. We have somewhere to meet our guests, whilst the understairs cupboard is ideal for storing away all our coats and shoes.

This is a lovely quiet development, away from the road. The communal gardens are so well cared for, so I often sit out in the gardens on warm sunny days to enjoy the peacefulness and the warmth of the sunshine, an ideal way to spend a lazy afternoon.
