I brought this property as an investment. The current tenant has enjoyed her time at the property so much so she has been there for over 8 years now. The driveway is a real bonus and the garage is large enough to fit the car in and is a great storage space too. When you are in the garden you will be mistaken for feeling like you are in a village as it so peaceful and it surrounded by mature shrubs, it’s hard to believe East Grinstead is only a few minutes walk away. The layout is great which is one of the reasons I was attracted to it, all of the rooms are a great size and there is plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
