When I viewed the property for the first time I really liked its position and especially the fact that it has a garden which so many other flats I viewed didn't have.

It is nicely set back in the corner of the development and the area is well maintained with the car park having been resurfaced in recent years.

I have done my best to maintain the property and it's great to have your own entrance door because it makes it feel like your very own independent space.

It is great having Billericay High Street within convenient access and I am sure the next owner will enjoy living here as much as I have.
