Property description

Have you been looking for that place in the country and thought it was beyond your reach? Then look no further as this one bedroom first floor apartment, with stunning views could be the place for you.

The property is nestled on the outskirts of Horley's town centre in the Hamlet of Norwood Hill. Whilst shops are a car ride away, there are a choice of local pubs, with two being only a short walk where you will find a warm welcome, fine ale and good food.

Internally this home is light and spacious and has a warm inviting feel. The lounge is a comfortable 12'7" and from here there is access via a drop ladder to the properties best kept secret the loft room. The loft with Velux window and hand made fitted cupboards has been split into two areas. This extra space is perfect for use as a study area and occasional bedroom for when friends stay.

The kitchen has a range of integrated appliances and the bathroom has been updated and has a white suite and window to provide natural light. Additional benefits include double glazed windows and electric heating which the owners have found both convenient and economical.

Outside there are established communal gardens and a central court yard around which the properties are arranged. There is also a timber garden shed, a private off road allocated parking space and plenty of visitors parking.

What the Owner says:

Location, Location, Location, is what the agent said when they called and they were right! It was exactly what we wanted, but thought we could never afford it.

When we arrived we were immediately attracted to the court yard setting and liked the fact that we were surrounded by open countryside and had the use of the communal gardens. There is a real community feel and we have great neighbours.

Not only does it have a country feel, but it has the added bonus of being ideal for nights out/working with great road and rail links to both Brighton & London. Plus it is also close enough to the airport for trips abroad.
