After a lengthy search for my dream home I was finally introduced to Palmeria Avenue Mansions, I just fell in love with it and just had to have it! That was eight years ago, and have to say I still get that butterfly feeling in my stomach when in situ.
Primarily I bought my home to live in, then due to my work taking me to London and travelling I have let the property out. It has proved to be very popular on the rental market commanding a premium rent.
The building is just stunning, it’s very well looked after and there is a general feeling of pride amongst my lovely neighbours.
I absolute love the apartment, I only wish I could lift it up and take it with me to London. I wish the new owner the best of luck here and many years of happiness.
