We bought this property off plan last April, intending to let the property out. With the train station just across the road and Horsham Town Centre and Park both nearby we knew that we could let it out quickly and maximise our return. But over these past 15 months or so our plans towards our retirement have changed somewhat and we are now looking to buy a holiday home on the coast, and to do that we sadly need to sell this property.
We were particularly drawn towards this apartment because of the size of the open plan kitchen, it has been so well designed with everything you need, it would not look out of place in a much larger property!
