I was also attracted by the great train links to Victoria and London Bridge, providing easy and frequent access to the capital.
The balcony was also a big attraction for me as many apartments that I saw just didn't have any outside space at all. It's great to sit out in fine weather after a busy few days, maybe with a glass of wine and enjoy a little bit of sunshine. Kings Gate stood out from the crowd and has proved to be an excellent choice, exceeding my expectations.
