I bought the apartment some 10 years ago and have absolutely loved my time here.
It has been a very sociable flat for me, I love the way I can still talk to my friends from the kitchen when they are in the living room and the Julliette balcony with french doors is a real bonus and I like the aspect over the cul-de-sac. One of the best things I did was to get rid of the artexed ceilings and plain plaster them, it really open up the apartment The living room is a great size and I used to have a sofa bed for friends and family when they visited.
I now live out of the area and I hope that someone will see all the benefits my home has to offer.
