We bought our flat as a buy to let investment 12 years ago and have to say it has been a star buy! It has been a popular property with tenants, and has been occupied the whole time.

The location was key when choosing our investment, it had to be central and within walking distance to all that Brighton has to offer, as well as being close to Brighton train station for commuters. It certainly ticked all those boxes and more!

The flat is well proportioned and could easily accommodate a single person or a couple, and its neutral decor will appeal to all. We wish the new owners good luck in their new home!
