When I move down to Bognor I wanted a home that needed no work but also had to be spacious.

I was offered the chance to view Gerard Lodge. having seen a few other units in the building, the one bedroom apartments, even though they were really nice, just seemed too small. Then I viewed this one and I couldn't believe the size of it. In fact it seemed larger than most of the two bedroom apartments here. Plus the laundry room was really close by.

I have loved it here but I feel it is time to move back closer to family.
