Holywood is a town and common ward in County Down, Northern Ireland. It lies on the shore of Belfast Lough, in the middle of Belfast and Bangor. Holywood Exchange and Belfast City Airport are close-by. The town has a yearly jazz and soul celebration. Holywood is acclaimed for its maypole at the intersection in the focal point of town.
