We bought this property eight years ago and since moving in we have redecorated throughout, replaced the patio doors, installed a new boiler very recently and we have also insulated the loft. What attracted us to this property is the location as its close to the Holbrook Primary School and its position as we are located in a really quiet cul de sac. Our children love the fact there are a couple of nearby parks to play in especially the one that's directly outside of our back gate. The location has been great for the easy access to the A24 and it's only a short walk to Littlehaven Station. The only reason we are looking to sell the property is because we have outgrown it and we will be really sad to go as all of our neighbours are so friendly.
