I think this place will be perfect for a couple or a young family, both bedrooms are of good sizes and the same could be said for the living areas too.
The curb appeal comes from the bay window at the front, which is unusual for modern houses and it also gives it a sense of character which is one of its attractions.
Having the allocated parking is almost priceless and it is at the back which is nice and secure. Parking on the road at the front is pretty straightforward too, so even when I have visitors they won't have any hassle.
