It might be surprising to hear that the entrance onto Brangwyn Crescent, with the double avenue, was one of the first things that attracted us to this property. It is full of lovely large detached houses and, being in a private road in such a lovely location, we felt it was really special. That was 33 years ago and we have always loved the feel of the area ever since.

We extended the property to use it as extra family space but also to work from home as I needed to entertain corporate guests and so it was really handy having a large downstairs space for meetings as well. Over the years the house has certainly adapted to our family use and has always felt a really safe location to bring up children.
