This has been a really wonderful place to live, we purchased the house when it was brand new and we have really enjoyed every moment of living here.
This particular house was our first choice because of its position over looking the lake. It also has a excellent sized garden and the parking area at the back is more like having our own driveway rather than just allocated parking.
The location is very quiet and there are lots of places to enjoy going for a walk or some exercise. The free bus service is a fantastic amenity and this makes commuting from Dartford station extremely convenient. Bluewater is also just around the corner along with easy access to the M25(Dartford Crossing) and the A2/M2 + M20 motorways.
