We were living near Horsham town centre and we needed to upgrade to something larger. We decided to have a look at Southwater as it has the more rural feel that we were after. We looked at a few houses and found this one, which could not have been more perfect as we loved the overall light and airy accommodation and the size of garden. The house was also close to the Country Park and the Downs Link bridleway and cycle path, running from Guildford to Shoreham.

We shall be sad to leave as we have raised our family here and have many fond memories. Now that our family are grown and flown the coup we've finally decided it's time to fulfil a long held wish to live near the coast.
