What attracted me to this house seventeen years ago was the light and spaciousness. The accommodation with three toilets and built-in storage was perfect for the B&B that I have been running for sixteen years. Not to mention the nearby shops, pubs and seafront just around the corner that make it ideal for holidays and mini breaks. Buses go every ten minutes to Brighton, the journey takes approximately 50 minutes and to Eastbourne, taking around 25 minutes. With the business element, it means the house has been looked after very carefully and inspected each year to maintain its high standard. Unfortunately I now need something smaller at my 'young age' and hope however moves in will enjoy living here as much as I have.
