When searching for my home I was keen to be out in the countryside, with lots of fantastic dog walks nearby. I regularly commute up to Reigate so accessibility was also a major concern, Cowfold was the perfect location for me. Surrounded by beautiful countryside there are so many public footpaths to go out and explore, the best way to spend a sunny afternoon and ideal for walking the dogs. Cowfold is also well connected being at the intersection of both the A281 and A272, whilst the M23 is just a few minutes drive away and gives easy access to Brighton, Gatwick Airport and the M25. In recent years I have worked more at home, so I converted bedroom three into my office, I have a large desk and plenty of shelving and file storage.
