Property description
It is easy to see what captured the heart of the current owner 18 years ago at this stunning bungalow in the country. In fact he loved it so much he even got planning permission P/01126/14(TCP/05690/A) to convert it into two so he could stay here forever. When you look at the space and views it has to offer you will see why it is such a lovely place to call home. Pull up on to the drive and walk up the front steps to admire the wonderful front garden. Once inside notice how bright the rooms are. The lounge has a huge picture window to take full advantage of the views, perfect for keeping an eye on the abundance of wildlife which frequents the garden. Wonder through into the kitchen and warm yourself up on the traditional aga. This heart of the home will stay warm long after the cooking has finished and makes lovely cakes and porridge. All the bedrooms are good sizes, easily able to accommodate double beds. The gardens are an exceptional size and have more than enough space for a game of football or hide and seek! Why not try to grow your own produce as there is plenty of room or just sit back and relax on the patio. For those wanting a bit more of a challenge, why not complete the owners plans to convert this property into two! As a project for an investment buyer this could be your chance to create your own grand designs home. Do not be fooled into thinking bungalows only suit the older generation as with all this space to grow into it would suit a family as well.

When my brother bought this property he fell in love with the size of the garden and space the bungalow offered. He liked his privacy and to sit and watch the squirrels and birds feeding in the garden. He spent quite a lot of time upgrading the property but it does still require some cosmetic work. The current approved planning permission is to split the bungalow in half and create two semi-detached properties. He loved it so much here that he had planned to live in one of the two homes and then either sell or let the other one. Unfortunately before the work could begin he sadly passed away. He spent hours admiring the beautiful views over the countryside and I hope that any new owner will appreciate all the hard work he put into it.
