I bought this flat 12 years ago and have been really happy here.
This home offered so much more space than anything I had viewed in my property search. I loved the idea of having the bedrooms on a different level to the living accommodation.
For everyday necessities I have found it so convenient here, especially with the shops in Church Walk as well as my bank, the post office and library so near to home. As I do shiftwork, it has been ideal for me just living around the corner from the station and means I am home in no time at all.
I will be sad to be leave, but hope the new owners enjoy it here just as much.
